Can I sell before a market resolves?
Yes. You can sell your position at any time while the market is active. You’ll receive the current market price, which may be higher or lower than what you paid.
Why did my sell fail?
Common reasons: no liquidity (no buyers at your price), market near resolution (price at $1.00), or the position was already sold. See Selling → Why Can’t I Sell? for details.
What is a Fill-and-Kill (FAK) order?
Market sells use FAK — the order fills as many shares as possible at the current best price, then cancels any remaining unfilled portion. You may get a partial fill if liquidity is thin.
What markets can I trade?
FrenFlow supports Polymarket (USDC on Polygon) and Kalshi (USDC on Solana via DFlow). Thousands of markets across politics, crypto, sports, culture, and more.
USDC is Circle’s native stablecoin on Polygon. USDC.e is the bridged version used by Polymarket for trading. FrenFlow shows both balances and provides a one-click swap between them.
Where is my money?
Your funds are in a self-custody wallet on Polygon. FrenFlow never holds your funds — you control the private key. Check your balance in Portfolio or Settings → Wallet.
Can I use FrenFlow from multiple devices?
Yes. Your wallet and positions sync across web and Telegram. Log in with the same account on any device.
How do I deposit?
Go to Settings → Wallet → Deposit. Copy your wallet address and send USDC on Polygon. You can also bridge from 15+ chains via the built-in Polymarket Bridge.
How do I withdraw?
Go to Settings → Wallet and click Withdraw, or use /withdraw on Telegram. Enter the destination address and amount. See Withdraw.
Can I export my private key?
Yes. Go to Settings → Wallet → Export Private Key. This gives you full control of your wallet in any Ethereum/Polygon-compatible app. Keep it safe — anyone with your key can access your funds.
FrenFlow uses zero-block technology to detect and copy trades within seconds of the leader’s execution. Multiple detection methods race simultaneously for the fastest possible execution.
Can I lose money copy trading?
Yes. Copy trading mirrors another trader’s decisions — if they lose, you lose. See Copy Trading Risks for a full breakdown. Only copy with funds you can afford to lose.
Can I follow multiple leaders?
Yes. You can follow multiple traders simultaneously, each with their own settings (stake amount, mode, etc.).
What if I don't have enough balance for a copy?
The copy trade is skipped and you receive a notification. Your other followed leaders continue working normally.
Can I pause copy trading temporarily?
Yes. Pause any leader from the copy trading dashboard (web) or /settings (Telegram). Pausing stops new copies but keeps your existing positions open.
The market may have resolved or be near resolution. If the price is at $1.00, wait for resolution and redeem instead of selling.
My balance didn't update after a trade
Balance updates may take a few seconds after a trade. Try refreshing the page. If it persists, check your trade history to confirm the trade executed.
Copy trade didn't execute
Possible reasons: insufficient balance, slippage protection triggered, market already moved too much, or daily volume limit reached. Check your notifications for details.
I can't enable trading
Trading requires a one-time setup that signs blockchain approvals. Make sure you’re connected to the internet and your browser allows popups. Try refreshing and clicking “Enable Trading” again.
