# Polymarket on FrenFlow

[Polymarket](https://polymarket.com) is the world's largest on-chain prediction market platform. Markets are settled on <Tooltip tip="A Layer 2 blockchain network that offers fast and low-cost transactions">Polygon</Tooltip> using <Tooltip tip="USD Coin — a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar">USDC</Tooltip>, with a <Tooltip tip="Central Limit Order Book — an exchange where buy and sell orders are matched by price and time priority">CLOB</Tooltip> (Central Limit Order Book) for trading.

    Prices range from 0¢ to 100¢. A "Yes" share at 72¢ means the market thinks there's a 72% chance the event happens.

  <Step title="Place your trade">
    Buy "Yes" if you think the event will happen, "No" if you think it won't. Use market or limit orders. See [Placing Trades](/trading/placing-trades) for details.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Resolution">
    When the event resolves, winning shares pay out \$1.00 each. Losing shares pay \$0.
